Plenty of our dogs have arrived after a bad experience elsewhere and settled here. Ellie works calmly and takes her time, so please say up front what your dog struggles with.
Yes, a puppy first groom is one of the things we do. The idea is to keep it gentle so your puppy learns that grooming is nothing to worry about.
